Together Saving Paws (“TSP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a U.S. nonprofit that equips K-9 officers with protective vests and pairs rescued dogs with survivors of human trafficking. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you visit 2gethersavingpaws.org (the “Site”) and when you use resources we sponsor, including the free Entrepreneur Success Diagnostic.

Contact Information you provide. Name and email address (e.g., when you request diagnostic results). Diagnostic Data. Your answers and scores within the sponsored assessment. Usage Data. Deliver results and services you request (e.g., emailing your diagnostic results). Send educational communications related to the diagnostic and our programs. You can unsubscribe at any time. Operate, secure, and improve our Site and resources. Comply with law and enforce our terms.

Sharing with Our Program Partner

The diagnostic is provided in partnership with Next-Level Success Institute (NLS). If you opt in to receive your results, we may share your contact information and diagnostic results with NLS solely to deliver those results and related educational follow-ups connected to the diagnostic. NLS honors all unsubscribe requests and includes an opt-out link in every message.

Legal Bases & Retention

We process information based on your consent (e.g., you provide your email to receive results) and our legitimate interests in operating and improving our nonprofit programs. We retain data only as long as necessary for these purposes or as required by law.
